Dr. Jay Granzow is a Board Certified plastic surgeon who has the distinction of being certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck surgery. He is a skilled microsurgeon and specializes in Breast Cancer Reconstruction with an emphasis on DIEP Flaps and Lymphedema surgery. He performs all of the latest aesthetic surgery procedures including Rhinoplasty, Breast Augmentation, Tummy Tuck, Liposuction, as well as Facelift, Browlift and Blepharoplasty surgery.

Currently, Dr. Granzow is Assistant Chief of Plastic Surgery at Harbor UCLA Medical Center. He also serves as Professor of Surgery, Division of Plastic Surgery, at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine, where he was the youngest person ever to join the division as a member of the full-time faculty in 2005.
